By registering as a member, accessing our platform, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

By creating an account or participating in this community, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

 

2. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username/password).Y ou must provide accurate and current information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

3. Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use

To keep this community safe and welcoming, you agree to:

Be Respectful: Treat others with courtesy. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

No Spam/Promotions: Do not post spam, unsolicited advertisements, or unauthorized self-promotion.

Keep it Safe: Do not share personal information (doxing) of yourself or others.

You retain ownership of the content you post.However, by posting, you grant Neurodiverse Community a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to edit, reproduce, and display your content within the platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines at our sole discretion.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by the community administrators, including text, graphics, logos, and site design, is the property of Neurodiverse Community and protected by copyright laws.

 

6. Privacy

7. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that harms the community.

The community is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Neurodiverse Community  is not responsible for any user-generated content, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia.
